Megan was great! She contacted me from an internet inquiry. She provided quick and accurate pricing by email. We discussed in a brief phone conversaton makes and models that suited my needs and provided the most cost effective solution to my problem. She told me what colors were available. I had very little time and wanted the best deal I could get in a short time - Megan provided all that and more. Every other dealer I contacted (I checked out a large variety of different cars) wouldn't give me a firm price unless I came into the dealership. Once there, I had to haggle, talk to the sales manager, etc. And every other dealer ended up with a price higher than what was initially discussed.

Have had an excellent experience dealing with Honda of Seattle. The reps there (was dealing with Jacob) as well as the sales manager were a pleasure to deal with. Not only was our experience top notch at the time of purchasing our car. they exceeded our expectation when we had slight problem a few weeks after purchase.

The windshield on the car developed a crack (not sure if this was due to a chip before the purchase or after but they could have easily said "sorry there is no warranty on the purchase and no proof when this happened") and the sales manager (I forget his name but this guy is excellent to deal with and cares about his clients) took his personal time out to meet with us had the windshield inspected and said he would take care of it!

In all honesty this gesture of his has made me a customer for life with Honda of Seattle and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday I was coming home from work in my car and the ck engine light came on. I immediately pulled over and tried to analyze what was going on but I noticed it started running real rough. I called Honda of Seattle because they were closest dealership that services Honda products I got a hold of Curtis who is one of their service managers and he was able to give me a reliable diagnosis over the phone thinking that one of my coil packs had gone out due to the mileage and age of the car and he suggested I tow it in to them and not risk further damage by driving it. At 5 pm on Friday night I felt there was no way I was going to have my car for the weekend and I was concerned about how much it might cost being on a very tight budget. My AAA tow was free and I arrived at Honda of Seattle at 5:45. Curtis was there to meet me and he and a coworker checked engine code on their testing equipment. They had my car fixed in 15 minutes and the price was well below what I anticipated. I drove away so happy about my service experience with Curtis and the nice folks at Honda of Seattle! I have had lots of bad service shop experiences at other places and many times feel over charged but this was truly amazing service all the way down the line. I was very pleased with Curtis knowledge and his attention to detail. Kristine was very efficient and helpful to get my paperwork and billing all handled as well I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know that owns Honda products for Service and buying or leasing.

I Just wanted to say you have a great shuttle driver (Robert). This is my first drop off/pick up and I thought we'd be driving for an hour with all the people needing rides, and I would be late for work. When he asked for who needed to go where, I thought we'd be there for a 1/2 hr for everyone's addresses to get either written down on into the GPS. But Robert quickly memorized them all, plotted a smart course in his head and got us all to our destinations quickly.

Honda of Seattle - I have been a client for more than a decade and I have been more than pleased with their service department. Everyone makes you feel like your service is important. It is clear, you are a valued customer - No matter how many questions you have to ask. I recently had some major service completed. The clutch on my car failed one foggy Wednesday evening. I immediately called Honda of Seattle in hopes they would be able to fit me in first thing in the morning. Luckily, but not surprisingly, I was told to come on in. That is just one reason I always return. No matter how busy they are they will always make time for your service needs. What I appreciate the most is the communication. Communication between the customer and service department is exceptional! Direct phone numbers are given so you don't have to call the main line then be transferred to service then to the service associate. One call, you're speaking to the service associate! I always appreciate the time and effort given by Honda of Seattle and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I had a great car purchasing experience with Scott Myers.
I had been looking for a 2013 CR-V for a long time so I emailed to all of the dealers in WA. I received lots of emails from dealers, some were rude, some arrogant, and some were not honest. Finally I received an email from Scott, he didn't offer me the best deal but he was so attentive. He replied to my email promptly. He worked hard to get the price I hoped for. I waited for almost two months to finally get the car with the price I wanted to pay.
I have to say Scott is the most honest sales person I have worked with. He is very polite and nice. During those two months of waiting, he told me if I received an even lower offer, he would lower the price and he did.
I appreciate Scott's honesty and good work ethic and great attitude.

About me: First time car buyer. Fresh off grad school with a young family. Next to my education (cost and loan), this is probably my largest life expense to date. Images of the quintessential "car dealership salesman" in my head, I was feeling a little anxious going into this process.

Pluses about Honda of Seattle:
1. They give quotes and negotiate online. Most of the other dealers I asked for a quote from don't. They will insist on a call/visit. For those worried about being aggressively sold to and pressured into a purchase, e-mail quotes are great.
2. They are honest. Two examples: (a) I bought a Civic 2012 from Honda. But was also looking at Corollas. I got a pretty good Corolla deal and my Honda sales rep (Steve) was honest enough to tell me I had a great deal with Toyota. I still went with Honda because the Civic, I felt, is a better car. (b) Just before I drove my new car out of the dealership, the sales rep (Raza) told me they discovered a scratch in my rear bumper. I didn't do a thorough check of the car before leaving, so this was news to me. Raza apologized for the scratch and told me the dealership will cover the cost of repair. It's good to know they don't hide these things from me even when an opportunity to do so presented itself.
3. Honor code system. They let me leave the dealership with my new car before they received the check from my bank and without asking me to sign a ton of promissory paper work. Trust begets trust.

Could be better:
1. I didn't get the promo financing and didn't get a cash incentive in its place (like I might have elsewhere). Oh well.
2. There was a scratch in my rear bumper (see #2 above). No biggie for me but might be an issue for others.

Thanks again for your support and the support of Honda of Seattle as I was getting ready to embark upon what turned out to be a 6-month trek around our beautiful continent, visiting 70 cities in 34 states. My plan was to keep the updates coming pretty regularly, but it soon became clear to me that I could not manage to process the many, many videos and photos of the amazing people I was meeting and write about the experience, all while planning my next move along the route.

Gabriela Condrea's 2012 Book & Tango Tour - US & Canada

With Honda of Seattle's help, I was able to share my book, When 1+1=1: That "Impossible" Connection, and teach tango all around our country - from San Francisco to San Diego to Houston to Orlando to Portland, Maine and Saint Louis and many places in between. I ended up on stages reading my poems to music in places like New Orleans and Philadelphia, at Poetry Slams and Open Mics in Denver and New York City, doing interactive presentations about my book & tango from Montreal to Sun Valley, Idaho. I grew tremendously through the experience. With a great start, I was able to cover the expenses of food and gas by teaching tango and selling books. With signs on my trusty Honda Civic (driving what ended up being 17,000 miles total without any significant mechanical problems), I sold books even at such random places as a rest stop in California and a gas station in Missouri.

This amazing adventure is a huge building block to my future endeavors to share tango across the world, as well as right here at home. And your sponsoring my tune-up before I left Seattle gave me the courage to ask for sponsorships along the way too, not only for my car - the support I received right here in Seattle before taking off helped me understand the power of the collaborative nature of this journey. During the 6 months I was on the road, I only had to find my own accommodations for 4 nights. This tour was truly a community effort, with people all over this continent pitching in!

I'm a returning and loyal customer to Honda of Seattle. I leased a civic from Travis about three years ago and my experience as a novice car leaser could not have been easier thanks to him. Since then, I have always taken my car to be serviced here and have always had a pleasant experience.

More recently, I returned to Honda of Seattle to return my lease and purchase a new car. I know that there is a high turnover in the car business, but to my surprise and delight, Travis was still working there, now as the sales manager, and he was able to take a break from whatever sales managers do and help me out with my purchase in addition to Jacob, another salesperson there.

First off, I've heard so many horror stories about returning a lease, but I found it to be an absolute piece of cake. Basically I handed over the key and that was that.

Both Travis and Jacob understood that I wanted to compare the Honda to Toyota and were willing to let me do a side by side comparison and take my time. Despite the fact that car buying usually takes all day, I was given the VIP treatment during the time I spent there and walked away feeling like I had gotten a great deal, and gave great people my business.

In short, I'd feel good about referring anyone to this dealership. You will not ever feel intimidated or beaten down or talked into anything. If you have to deal with car people, you'll want to deal with these people! Trust me!

OK. So anyone who knows me knows I have been through my fair share of bad car-ma. Like buying a lemon. And then another. Well, that streak has ended thanks to Honda of Seattle. I called on a Saturday (spoke with Li) to test drive a Fit. Arrived for my test drive. Ended up dealing with the delightful Jeff Brown. Jeff and I drove and chatted, and I was excited to move forward with what I thought would be a multi-week process.

Trouble was that I had a complicated trade-in situation and a very tight budget. Oh, and my husband and I never have any free time together to do any of this car shopping stuff. And yet, after only a short test drive and another subsequent visit, I ended up driving home my new 2013 Fit! Jeff & the team negotiated an amazing price for my trade in, got all the paperwork and financing done, and made it easy on my time-limited hubby to breeze in and sign a few papers.

I was expecting all of this to be so painful and stressful, when in fact, it was the complete opposite! I am so thankful to have a reliable car again -- especially one so pretty and well-appointed!

Car problems are never fun. But if I had to have car problems, it'd be a good excuse to head downtown to this Honda dealer. They took my baby in and fixed her up real good! I at no point felt like I was being upsold, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and everyone in the chain of service was professional and friendly. The courtesy shuttle was fast and on-time, and the lounge has free wifi and a wicked-fancy automatic espresso machine. One side note, I think I'm allergic to the air freshener they use in the lounge b/c I was sneezing my snotty head off for a few hours afterwards. But near-anaphylaxis aside, I would highly recommend this place!

My first experience with the service department here was a good (if painfully expensive) one. However, I don't feel like I was upsold at all, and they were very transparent about what needed to be done and what was safe to wait to take care of. Kristine was competent and clear about what my car's problems were.

I needed a muffler and b pipe replaced because the undercarriage of my 01 CRV was rusted and these two pieces had separated. I dropped my car off in the morning, and they called me by the afternoon to update me and explain that because it was a late model they would have to order the part, and my car would be ready the next day. Kristine was very clear about what the parts cost and why, and offered to waive my diagnostic fee (111.00). I looked up parts costs and they were in line with what she said. She was excellent. Mechanics, like surgeons, do something that I absolutely can't do, so they have all the power when it comes to suggestions. I really felt that Kristine was very honest with me about what my car needed versus what it could wait on. Its an older car, so repairs are becoming more commonplace.

I will most likely return to service my car here.

Labor was outrageous though, 350 bucks. Holy crap....but it is a dealership service shop in downtown Seattle, so whattayagonnado.

They also offered me a shuttle service after I dropped my car off (which I didn't need because the bus tunnel is right next door.)

My beloved old Volvo wagon died last week and as much as I DIDN'T want to go car shopping, I need a reliable vehicle for work, so my husband and I went to Honda of Seattle to look at the Civics. I called ahead of time to check on a lease deal I'd heard about and spoke with Jeff Brown. He gave me the info I needed and said he'd be around the next morning if we wanted to stop in and take a look. When we arrived at the dealership, we instantly found the car we were interested in and went for a test drive. We discovered that we live in the same neighborhood, so we had lots of stuff to talk about during all of those little waits involved in purchasing a car. This review is for their service department; I don't have experience with their sales' dept. I take my Honda Fit there, but they handle every all makes and models. Every time I go in, it's always great service-- efficient, friendly, and, most importantly, trustworthy! On top of the quality of service, their price is pretty unbeatable. They don't do unnecessary things just to get money from you or just 'cause it says it's "due" on the Honda website. For example, my car was theoretically due for a tire rotation, but they checked the treads which all looked fine. I personally like a service department that thinks for the car/customer and isn't just a drone. Their express oil change is just that, express-- I was in and out of there in under 45 mins as promised. Now they can get busy sometimes, especially on Saturdays. But they always try their best to fit you in when they can. One time I had an emergency situation with my battery and they were able to do a quick check even though their appointment blocks were full. They also have a shuttle which is nice if you don't want to wait in the lounge (that has wifi and vending machines). It has a limited driving radius, but, hey, it's better than nothing. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Honda of Seattle Service Department!

I took my car in for a B1 oil change service and to fix a cosmetic factory recall. I was on a tight time schedule but Christine assured me they could make it happen. When I got there, another service person was skeptical that the work could be done in my 2 hour window but Christine was great and assured me it would be done. It was and I made it out in time to make my next appointment. My experiences at Honda of Seattle have been great, thus far and I would highly recommend them to other Honda owners. They offer shuttle service and are very accommodating. Also a friendly, professional staff. They are located in North Downtown which is a hassle to get TO but 1 block off the I-5 N entrance when you depart.

After some totally lame experiences looking for cars at other dealerships, I finally decided to skip the weird hassles of used car shopping and use the Costco Auto Program to get a 2012 Honda Fit. Costco referred me to Honda of Renton, but their Yelp reviews and constant, urgent-sounding emails made me wary of purchasing anything there, so I emailed Honda of Seattle to see if they could match the price. I got a prompt, courteous response from Ben Doty in the Internet Sales Department who confirmed he'd be able to match the great price quote from Renton and that they had the model I wanted, so I made an appointment to come check out a Fit.

From the minute my partner and I walked in and met Ben, we felt totally comfortable. He was almost disturbingly approachable and cool, and he completely let us lead the experience. He even told us that if at any time we felt like he was being weird or creepy, we should let him know immediately and we could proceed in any way we wanted. We looked at a few different cars, took a test drive, and had plenty of time to talk before we decided to buy. He kept us informed throughout the paperwork process, and since I'd already been pre-approved for a loan through my credit union, he didn't try to sell us on applying for further credit through the dealership. He told us about the optional in-car security system (because he had to), but we never felt pushed into anything. We opted for a few extras, but it was totally our choice! He presented a clear, final price and honored our quote as he said he would.

While we waited for the paperwork to be finished, we got hungry and ordered some sandwiches. When they arrived, we took them into a tent that was set up on the showroom floor, and Ben came into the tent with us to go over the warranty and manual. It was totally awesome and nowhere near the gross, stressful experience we were prepared for. Signing the paperwork was equally easy and stress-free; we were offered gap insurance and another security system pitch, but we declined and moved on with no weirdness. When we finished, the car was detailed and waiting for us on the showroom floor.

I returned a few days ago to get an armrest installed, and the dude I worked with in the service department was as professional and cool as everyone else we'd met at Honda of Seattle. The work was performed quickly and finished half an hour before I requested.

Buying a new car is TOTALLY INTIMIDATING AND SCARY, but I have no regrets about buying my Fit from Ben at Honda of Seattle. Email him!

This review concerns the service department (I haven't purchased a car here).

I've been coming here for a while, first for a regular maintenance appointment, next for an oil change, a broken rear windshield after than, and then mostly recently another oil change. They've always been incredibly clear, transparent, and swift. For example, during the last oil change, I'd scheduled 6 pm express service online, which apparently they don't do but they're website supports anyway. The guy was nice enough to apologize for this inconsistency and then get the crew together to do the change anyway.

The website could use a lot of work--it's difficult to find hours, the service scheduling user interface can be confusing and cryptic, and it feels like an advertisement most of the time rather than an information resource. Fix that and it would be a top notch service department.

Service department is great! They were able to look at my vehicle on a moments notice instead of having to set up an appointment and resolved the issue by the next morning. Very friendly and helpful and made the service inconvenience free. My issue was with the battery failing. I was a little concerned there would be questions over if the cause was me (i.e. having left the overhead light on a couple times) but they did not even question it. Not that I have a long track record with this dealership (I just got my car in early 2012) but I feel that I can trust them. p.s. The buying experience was great also. Worked with Brad who was very helpful and no pressure.

I found a car here through their internet sales department. The price looked too good to be true so I called before coming in. They held the car for us and had it ready to test-drive when we arrived. From the first moment through signing the paperwork an hour or so later, everything about our experience here made it the best car-shopping experience we've had. We dealt with Steve Fisher, who was very nice and professional. He wasn't the skeevy car-salesman stereotype that everyone dreads! He took great care of us, as did the rest of the staff that we dealt with. We paid the advertised price, they didn't push the extended warranty, and although it was a busy day, we didn't have to wait an unreasonably long time. (All things that have been major failing points of other dealerships.)

We will certainly be back when it's time for another car.

The Service Department staff are great. I bring my CR-V here, and previously my Civic, because of them. They do a great job, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, they do what they can to make it right.

Case in point: About two years ago I dropped off my car in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation with the agreement that it would be ready by 4pm. I come that afternoon, and they had not even started on my car yet. They said if I wouldn't mind waiting, they would get to it right away, but I had an appointment at 5pm. Mimi, one of the staff members, apologized and asked if I would mind bringing in my car the next day. To make it up to me they gave me 15% off my service and detailed my car for free.

Fast forward to present day, and they still provide the same great service. I stopped by for a car wash/vacuum and new wipers and the detailing was free. They always seem to remember me, and the work has always been exceptional. I see no reason to go some where else.

This review is for the service department - I always use night service to get the discounts. I have 2 Accords - a 2004 and 2006.

I've been going to these guys for about 5 years now I have to say that I have been very happy with the service, especially the service reps. My favorite is Kristine, who always takes care of me and (seem like she) is always going out of her way to keep me informed and let me know the score with whichever car I happen to have in for service. At one service event, she noticed I had all these chips in the windshield and offered to handle the whole thing with insurance and get them all fixed - no muss, no fuss. The night service manager, Julian, is also great - very professional and thorough - and so are Kirsten and Rod.

I've never had an issue with any service they have performed, and they always figure out what's wrong with the car. I used to own a 90 accord - they diagnosed a cracked engine block, and spent lots of time figuring it out and giving me options, all for no charge - of course, that was after I'd spent lots of $$$ doing other work on the car. But I thought they were pretty fair about the whole thing. They figured out a front axle issue on my 2004 accord and spent many hours diagnosing and trying different fixes (over 2 days). In the end, I paid only the standard charge for axle replacement (about $600) - thanks Kirsten!

Generally speaking, they are a bit pricey for routine service, although I've not compared in a while. They do have pretty competitive prices for brake jobs. I, too, wish they would throw in the exterior car wash for free (I used to go to Lynnwood Honda, and they always gave the car a courtesy wash), but that's a minor detail - I can afford $27 for a wash and vacuum. You'll pay a little more here compared to discount places, but you'll get excellent customer service, they keep your car running well, and do good work.

We had our old Honda serviced many times by Rod and just think he's the greatest. He is super nice and helpful. He gets to the bottom of problems, explains them well and takes great care of us. We felt well valued even in our old 2005 Accord Wagon. When it came time to replace our car we were very close to buying a Subaru but we new it would be hard for any service department to match the way Rod and Honda of Seattle takes care of us. That tipped our decision. We have a used CR-V now and get to stick with the service department we love!

it's easy to give a good review when everything goes great. It's harder when, as it sometimes happens, things go wrong. I had the proverbial engine light go on and took it in the next morning. Fuel sensor issue. No problem. It's fixed and I go home. Next morning, the light goes on again. Problem. Take it back. Diagnosis is another sensor issue. I talked to the service manager about it. He noted we'd been good customers over the years (not great customers, because we drive Hondas!) and said he'd take care of it. Music to my ears.

Bought my Honda Element here years ago. I get all my maintenance here. It runs like a top. They always check everythingt and keep excellent track of the maintenance cycle. It has 125,000 miles on it, uses no oil between changes, and has lost none of its getup-and-go. They keep trying to buy it back for resale, but they can't have it.

I leased a CR-V in 2009 from Honda of Seattle and made the mistake of going to other dealerships to do research on downsizing to a Civic this time around. What a pain! After being jerked around by every other dealer (Honda and otherwise), we finally went to Honda of Seattle and we're glad we did.

I used their online chat tool to get general lease information on the Civic I wanted (but didn't think I could afford) and was helped by Steven. We exchanged a few emails and then, randomly, my husband and I decided to go in that evening to see if we could make a deal happen. Steven, happened to be there and was more than helpful. We took the Civic model I wanted out for a test drive and decided that it was the car for me.

I'm not kidding when I say the 'negotiation' took all of 10 minutes. We got what we feel was a VERY fair deal and the process was painless.

Car was done on time, as promised, and they called me to let me know. When I dropped it off in the morning, I took advantage of their shuttle, which drove me all the way home to Ballard. I called in my appt a week before and the lady sounded bored and not so into the call. I had asked her about the recall on my CRV and she didn't respond for a long while that I had to ask, "Are you still there?" She said, "I'm checking for record of a recall." How annoying when on the phone and the rep doesn't respond to questions!

Dropped off my 2004 CRV this last Wed at 1015am. I was told that picking it up by 4pm would be sufficient time to do the oil change and the recall work on headlights. My husband and I arrived late at 4:30pm and found that they couldn't find my paperwork. Two guys searched for about 10 minutes and kept asking me who helped me in the morning. The guy in the AM didn't give me a business card. By this time, I was annoyed. Then when they happen to check with mechanic, they find that he's needs 20 more minutes to finish it. I was not happy by this time because no one bothered to call me to tell me it was going to be late. My husband and I could have taken time to work longer. However, there was an optimististic side to this. The guy from the morning came to us and apologized by saying he took full responsibility. He admitted being busy, distracted, and didn't check up on the CRV. It was so sincere I wasn't annoyed anymore. He said he'd give us a free car wash next time. I told him that we were satisfied with the apology and declined the car wash. He went back to help out the mechanic - he was a mechanic too - and it was done within 10 minutes. When I asked to pay for the oil change, he said it was no charge for us. I really wasn't expecting the generosity.

I bought my CRV from Kirkland Honda and had originally been taking my CRV there for oil changes. I left there because they were rude, way too busy, and scratched my CRV when it was new. Ever since then - about 6 years - I've been having Honda of Seattle service my CRV. It's easy since I work in downtown Seattle. They have been consistently providing good service. I'm happy with them.

My car was due for a 75,000 mile check up along with a laundry list of small fixes. From the moment I called to inquire if I could use a 12% off coupon on their website to the moment I picked up my car I was impressed.

While the service performed was flawless, it was really the people who made the difference.

It started with Mimi, I believe she is the assistant manager. She has a wonderful attention to detail, and while we waited, she gave me some incredibly useful information on the hybrid cars I was thinking about buying.

Julian - he called me Tuesday night to give me the run down on the costs of repairs I had requested, then he immediately offered several options that would get my car working well while also saving me $700 - literally - $700!!! He even took the time to explain in detail what was being recommended, what that meant to a non-car person (I think elbow cartilage was used at one point :p), and he was patient will all my questions

Emmanuel - he was friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable during the final checkout and payment for my vehicle. The repairs were done very quickly, very painlessly, and they were completed for less money than I expected. I will absolutely continue to bring my Honda to this dealership for servicing.

I just came in this week to have an oil change and multi point inspection and was charged the $ 35.00 ( with coupon). No one tried to sell me anything I did not need or perform service not essential to the performance of my accord. It is such a delight to feel I am treated with such respect and never taken advantage of.

I recommend your dealership to everyone. So many people think that being in the heart of the city they would get charged more but I have to tell them, “check it out for yourself, you will see they are great”. My car runs great and I never have problems with it, I assume it has a lot to do with how well it is cared for by you guys.

Just a note of thanks to Honda of Seattle!! My first experience a month back was incredible with them diligently working to get me fixed up before my warranty expired. Then after an unexpected side view mirror mishap, Gary had my part ordered and ready to put in immediately. When I arrived at 7:10 this morning, he took my car right away and had me out the door in 40 minutes. I can't say thank you enough or give a higher recommendation. Excellent service!!

We would like to thank some pretty special folks at Honda of Seattle!! When our dear Volvo 244 DL died a sad death after 34 years and 279,000 miles...we knew to call Timur Malkoc!! Timur assisted us in purchasing the Odyssey Van just right for our family of 7!! We have been thoroughly delighted with the van and have joyfully recommended Timur to anyone who would listen. Timur very quickly assessed what we needed in a replacement second car and found just the right used car for minutes!! He quickly had the car available to us to drive and papers were completed within 24 hours!! He had the crew detail the car for us (which it hardly needed!!) and we received our sparkling 2002 Accord V6!! We trusted Timur with our business and came back for more!! Thanks to him and the back office for making this speedy necessary purchase seamless for us!! On our way off the lot, I was backing our van out of parking in the alley and smacked one of the light posts!! AARGH!! So, I drove into the service center and went right to my trusty Service Manager Jesika Marshall!! Jesika quickly took care of my problem by calling Ravi! I purchased a part they luckily had available, Ravi put it in and even buffed out the scratch!! I could have easily just not divulged the ding!! We have had multiple experiences in both purchasing and servicing our cars at Honda of Seattle and have had good experiences with both departments. What is the true measure of a business is not how they respond when things go right, but when there is a problem. We had purchased a used vehicle that had a factory issued problem that would not have been easy to find or resolve but Honda of Seattle found it and made it right. Not only did they make it right but they hunted down the issue quickly and resolved it quickly with great customer service. Greg Plank in sales really listened to my concerns and made sure that things were followed through.

A big thank you goes to Ly Le for being extra observant in the detail shop or this could have gone on for awhile if he had not noticed a spot still wet in the interior. With more than one family member allergic to mold this would been a big issue.

Another recent example of the outstanding service department was when I realized at 5P on a Friday night that a low driveway had caused a plastic under-mount protection piece to drag. I called and spoke to Oleg Balushka who understood my limited description "car talk style”. He was able to determine that was fixable quickly within 24 hours and that it was something that I should not try and save money doing myself. I arrived after battling Friday night bridge traffic with a hungry 11 year old in tow and met my husband who was car less from work at the dealership. When Ryan Bull checked us in at 5:50P I had the brilliant idea of going to eat first before getting a ride home. A free ride to the restaurant by our charming Honda Service driver Tesfi got us to the restaurant. By 6:15 we received a call in the restaurant of our options for repair and costs and it was determined that we could pick up the car already fixed and take it home after our meal. We called back and coordinated with Ryan Bull who made sure it got done on time. We arrived back at Honda of Seattle Service to pick up our car and with Ryan quickly checking us out we were headed home by 6:55P! I think the Service department is exceptional and dedicated in large part due to the stewardship of Paul Svenkerud, the service department director who really stays on top of his department. I really find that the people who work at Honda of Seattle care about their work, the quality of service they deliver, and work hard to help their clients. They re-enforce my trust with every interaction and are a business that I can wholeheartedly recommend for both service and sales.

My experience with Honda of Seattle was simply stellar. After comparing some cars at Consumer Reports I decided that my top three criteria were cost, gas mileage and reliability. Needless to say all roads pointed to a Honda. I was more or less sold on the Honda Fit as it met all three of my requirements. I sent an email from the online site and received a prompt response from Tim Miller. We spoke on Friday, December 11th. Tim was able to firm up some details and I shared that I would be in on Saturday December 12th.

From this point forward it was smooth sailing. Tim remembered our conversation and what I wanted to test drive. He introduced me to Travis Ault and we were on our way. The test drive was functional and fun, having an opportunity to chat about the car among other things. We returned to the dealership after a 3 mile ride. I was not really sold on the ride of the Honda Fit. At this point Tim and/or Travis mentioned that there were new 2009 Honda Civics that were being marked down. At the encouragement of my friend, I took this car for a ride and well I was sold. The 2009 Honda Civic had everything I was after (and the color that I really wanted) and I could not be more pleased.

My friend and I had to make a quick run but returned to work with Robert Fabia. I found him as well as the other two associates to be confident, clear and concise in sharing pertinent information regarding the purchasing of the car. After confirming the price of the car, amenities and other particulars; it was time for financing.

This was the easiest part as my credit information came back quickly and afterwards I was presented with a few options. I really love the low 1.9% financing that I qualified for. Afterwards, I sat down with Brandon Witz and closed the deal on my brand new car.

Overall, this transaction could not have gone smoother in my wildest imagination. I had not purchased a car in over 15 years and it was reassuring to see that Honda of Seattle lived up to its slogan: "Hassle Free and Easy".

My name is Kara N. and I recently (Monday!) purchased a 2006 Honda CR-V from one of your Sales people, Victor Nebre. I just wanted to let you know how fantastic Victor was to work with. I was very green on how to go about buying a car, financing it, etc (I have always had old, beat up cars that I simply pay for in cash) and Victor was incredible to work with. Last month I had my 1995 Civic serviced at Lynnwood Honda and was told I needed a replacement part only available "after market" because it was discontinued. I drove my car to Honda of Seattle where the Service Manager checked out the gear shift problem, without charge, and found (correctly) that it had nothing to do with what I'd been told at the other dealership. Thank you, from now on, I'll be having my car serviced at your dealership.

Not only were things fixed quickly, the associates I worked with (Mini & Jesika) were both informative and helpful. I was lucky enough to have a catalytic converter covered under a state warranty; I had no idea the warranty existed and I'm sure it only causes more work on Honda's part. I not only appreciate the amount of money it saved me ($1800 to be exact). I was also just informed by Jesika that Honda also took care of couple rusted bolts and back-up O2 sensor for me as well. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the way that your dealership dealt with my purchase.

Last Monday, after I purchased my car I noticed antifreeze dripping from underneath my vehicle. I took it into my mechanic who tested the radiator and found out that it needed to be replaced. The clutch was also slipping and needed to be replaced. It was advertised as having a new clutch, so I was a bit dismayed at the vehicle needing all of this work done since a safety test was supposedly done.

I contacted Dan Murphy and he set up an appointment to have the car looked at. Sure enough, the radiator needed to be replaced along with the clutch. The work needed to be done in two days so I was given a loaner car to use in the meantime. All of the work was done to my satisfaction and you stood behind your car after it was sold. This is truly a case of taking a negative situation and turning it into a positive.

Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. Carla in customer service (repairs) was very knowledgeable and honest. She kept me updated on the status of my car and when it would be completed.

I own three Honda's now and am loyal to the brand. I will certainly visit your dealership when I need to make my next car purchase. A dealership that stands behind their product is important to me. You have earned my trust!

This was NOT the case at Honda of Seattle - both William Madison and Cresta were fabulous - did not feel the typical high pressure sales tactics and left feeling well informed with the info we need to make a decision. When we are ready to make a purchase - if that is a Honda or Toyota (which I am 99% sure it will be)- we will definitely be contacting Honda of Seattle. I am writing to say what outstanding service our family received from Honda of Seattle. I went to other local Honda dealers and called several in my search.

Your dealership was head and shoulders above the rest in both knowledge and service. Every single one of your employees I met was delightful. Because I am a budget minded mom who is discerning on what I wanted, I visited several times and met, Dan Murphy, Mike Vena, Sid, and Darrell. All of these young men were helpful and straightforward without the feeling of pressure to buy. I really appreciated their sense of camaraderie and sense of humor. You could feel that they enjoyed where they worked.

I have the utmost respect for Dan Murphy who knows his business. He helped educate me so that I felt comfortable about the process and pricing. I test drove the car prior to it being certified and cleaned and was impressed with the quality without the buffing up. It is a testament to Dan's good eye on the purchasing. After making the purchase, I asked Mike Vena (late on Friday night) when I could pick up the car. I was expecting him to say next week, he disappeared into the back and came back to report he would try for Saturday night. Having been without a car for a few weeks, I really appreciated this kind of thoughtfulness. (My teenager will love having mom drive her to soccer in a new car as well).

I would highly recommend your company. The follow up was prompt. Keep up the good work on hiring such good employees. Thank you for making buying a used car fun! Our family will be really happy driving around in our like-new-used Honda Pilot.

You guys did a GREAT job with our Honda repair and were outstanding to take the car and park it in a protected spot at the dealership, so it would not get further damage to the interior, while it had no passenger side front window. Considering the car was only "2 weeks old" , was our college daughter's first car, that she was so proud of, and then to have a freak accident by a lawnmower shooting a rock thru the window... you were also very considerate and empathic when we brought the car in.

I have not received any satisfaction survey calls, e-mails, or mailings to rate my overall experience of purchasing/financing the car, and that process was most excellent, as well.

Thank you for your e-mail and congratulations on our purchase of our 2008 Honda Odyssey. We have a 2003 Odyssey that we purchased from Timur in June of 2004. I loved that Odyssey and I love the new one. My older Odyssey will become my daughter's car even though there is over 93,000 miles on it. I have found my Odyssey to be extremely reliable and fun to drive. It is the perfect car for me with my three dogs for traveling, going to the vet or whatever else I need to do.

We love working with Timur and going through the Costco program for buying our automobiles. It makes shopping and buying a a car a pleasurable experience rather than the stressful purchase from hell which car buying is more often than not. The incentives at this time a year are also very attractive and moved my husband to make the purchase that we made.

In addition to loving my Odyssey and its reliability, I have found the service department to be very good and helpful and the personnel extremely nice. If only Honda made a nice sports car with a manual transmission, four seats and no blind spots when looking out the back, my husband would have bought a car as well. Oh well, perhaps in the future.

My name is Cynthia, my husband's name is Raymond. We recently were on vacation in Seattle and decided to purchased a Honda Ridgeline from your business located on Olive Way.

The reason for this e-mail is simply to say thank you for your outstanding staff. They not only made us feel very comfortable with our choice of vehicle but the confidence and warmth that was shown by your staff.

Our Sales Consultant was Michael Vena. He was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle of interest, but also was quick to make sure we were well taken care of during our time of considering purchase or not. We also received a follow-up phone call from him about a week and half later to see how we liked our vehicle.

Ward Fleischman also played a key role in our final decision. He shared his personal experience with his own Ridgeline(s).
